Loved the last one or joining us for the first time? Everyone’s welcome. Come collage, write, and create at your own pace. We’ll provide the “junk.” Journals will be available for purchase during the event if you’d like us to provide one.

Craftivity:
Bookmark Bar
Stop by and make a laminated bookmark (or two!) using book pages, cardstock, stickers, pressed flowers, vellum, and other fun extras. We’ll have everything set out so you can jump in whenever you arrive and work at your own pace.
It’s a relaxed, drop-in craft that fits easily into a bookstore visit. Come in for a few minutes or stay a bit longer if you feel like it.

We’re bringing in Phoenix (@phoenix.mendoza.tattoo on IG) for a flash tattoo pop-up at the shop! She’ll have a curated menu of small, pre-designed tattoos. They're perfect for first-timers, tiny-tattoo lovers, or anyone who’s been waiting for a sign (this is it).

Join us in welcoming Stephanie K Clemens, one of our newest local authors, for an in-store book signing! Stephanie will be signing copies of Side Quest along with several of her other titles, all available to purchase in the store. We’re turning the sidewalks into an outdoor art gallery with a community Chalk Walk happening alongside the City’s Egg Hunt. Artists of all ages will create chalk art hosted by local downtown businesses, bringing color and creativity to the streets.

Each month, we dive into fantasy, thriller, and horror picks—with a bonus seasonal summer mood-read that’s all about vibes over plot twists. Whether you’re here for the witches, the whodunits, or the women taking revenge (or falling in love), there’s a seat for you.
Expect thoughtfully chosen titles, themed snacks, drinks, and a room full of readers who get it. Newcomers welcome, always.
